Building a Digital Campus — EDULINK International

Sri Lanka 2012 – 2015

Transformed a traditional campus into a fully digital learning environment — deploying LMS, smart classrooms, and a student information system serving 3,000+ students.

01

The Challenge

EDULINK's rapid enrolment growth exposed critical gaps in its academic technology stack. Paper-based administration, no learning management system, and unreliable campus Wi-Fi were impeding both student experience and faculty productivity.

02

The Approach

Procured and deployed Moodle LMS with custom integrations, rolled out campus-wide Wi-Fi, implemented a Student Information System (SIS), and trained 80+ faculty members on digital teaching tools. Established an IT helpdesk and SLA framework for academic operations.

03

The Outcome

LMS adoption reached 95% of enrolled students within one semester, campus Wi-Fi coverage achieved 100% of teaching spaces, administrative processing time reduced by 50%, and student satisfaction scores for IT services rose from 58% to 87%.
